I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Being able to get us an appartment on the ground floor as my partner gad bad knees. The cleanliness of the apartments the cleaners every day. I also enjoyed the fact that the complex was locked at night xx

We thought beds were a bit hard and pillows could be a lot better other than that no complaints would stay again 😃

The Location. Near the boulevard

Nothing. We had a perfect Holiday.

The apartments are located on Avenida de las Playa - the strip, right behind El Kiosk. I feel very safe there as the front gate is locked all the time stopping uninvited people coming for a walk round. The apartments although basic are large, well presented and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has microwave, toaster and a 2 ring hob and there are plenty of utensils and crockery. The apartments are cleaned frequently and towels replaced several times during my weeks stay. Really pleased that there is a hairdryer in the bathroom and a lovely little extra is that they put a few large sized cups in the cupboard. There is a good sized swimming pool that you can step down into and there is a little paddling pool for the youngsters. Always able to get a sun bed and parasol even in the height of summer. The flamingo apartments have many of the lanzarote green parrots nesting in the trees there and they are very tame and live taking food out of your hand. I can not fault the cleanliness of the outside area of the apartments and there are several bins away from the pool area to encourage recycling.

Close to the bars & restaurants . Not far to airport. Reception staff friendly. Beds comfortable.

A small, friendly complex in a great location. Clean and quiet pool area with lots of sun beds.

Introduce a book library to swap books.
